The initial term is 12 months, and after that it rolls monthly. That gives enough time to design, build and support the site properly. Once the initial term is up you can cancel whenever you like, with 30 days notice and no cancellation charge.

Yes. The subscription is ongoing, so it continues monthly for as long as you want the site live. That is what covers the hosting, the maintenance and the edits, and it is what lets me spread the cost of the build instead of charging it up front.

The initial term is a commitment, so the remaining months of it are still payable. That is what makes it possible to build the site up front and spread the cost, rather than invoicing the whole build on day one. Once you are past the initial 12 months this stops applying and 30 days notice is all it takes.

Your subscription is billed monthly in advance. Your proposal will confirm the price, billing dates, VAT treatment and any additional-work charges before anything starts.

It can, but never without warning. You will get at least 30 days notice before any change to your monthly price. In practice this is about keeping pace with hosting and running costs rather than anything sudden.

I will chase it with you first. If an invoice stays unpaid I may pause work or suspend the site after giving reasonable notice, and I can charge interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation. In practice I would far rather hear from you and work something out.

Up to the point the build starts, yes. If we cannot land on a design you are happy with, I will refund what you have paid and part ways with no hard feelings. Once we are into building the site the work is being done and paid for as it goes, so refunds after that point are at my discretion.

Text, images, prices, services and small layout adjustments are included on the bespoke site I build for you. New pages, custom CRM work, integrations and new functionality are quoted separately.

Yes. Hosting, SSL, monitoring, backups and routine maintenance are included while your subscription is active.

Yes. If you already have a domain, connecting and configuring it is included. If you need a new one, I can register it for you for a small registration fee. Either way the domain is registered in your name.

New pages, major design changes, new functionality, custom CRM work, integrations and copywriting beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

No, and that one is worth being straight about. The site stays with me, because it is the only way the monthly price can be what it is. What you keep is your domain name and everything you gave me along the way: your content, your images, your branding and your business data.

Always. The domain is yours whatever happens. I register it in your name from the start wherever I can, and if I am ever holding one on your behalf it gets transferred over the moment you ask.

No, there’s no buyout. It takes roughly three years of monthly payments before a subscription adds up to what the same site would have cost as a single build paid up front, so the numbers only work when clients stay for the long run. Around five years is where it genuinely pays off on both sides: you get a site that’s looked after for the whole time rather than left to age, and I get steady income instead of chasing the next sale.

Requests are normally acknowledged within one business day. Standard edits are usually completed within two to three business days; larger changes are quoted first.

Every site includes search-ready technical foundations, page structure, metadata, performance work and analytics setup. Ongoing SEO campaigns, content production and link building are separate services.

No honest agency can guarantee rankings, traffic or leads. I build a strong technical and content foundation, then measure and improve what I can control.

I monitor the site, maintain backups and handle routine technical issues while your subscription is active. Third-party services remain subject to their own availability and terms.
